Wonderful hotel, breakfast is excellent and the rooms are brand-new, favourable location very close to the convention center. The staff are extraordinarily friendly and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The service is excellent, includes secure parking. What is more, free Wi-Fi works throughout the property. Thanks very much for a really nice stay, we will choose the place for future trips;)))

The beds.The water pressure was good!! Need to have an apartment guide for people who are looking for an apartment when they visit.A Hot tub should be indoors also.Better shampoo and lotions,etc.....
Should have a hot tub indoors as well as a pool.Rooms a little bit bigger.

The Business Center closure should have been clearly marked, the hairdryer malfunctioned without adequate assistance!!! Such simple operational details could really elevate the experience!!!

Unexpected kindness from staff
I arrived late, completely worn out, and the staff welcomed me with genuine smiles. The breakfast selection was good, a great way to start my day.
The room showed signs of wear, especially the outdated furniture, made it feel less inviting than expected.

Couldn't recommend more for a short break
Clean room, friendly staff, and convenient location made my stay enjoyable, especially with the nice grassy dog area available and the ease of free parking.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Friendly staff made my stay!
I had a solo night in a King Studio Suite and Eric at the front desk was super helpful! He really turned my long, tiring day around. The breakfast lady was sweet too! Only bummer was the jacuzzi tub not working properly. A nice experience with good vibes.
